WORSHIP

This Sunday, January 22, 2017, our Director of Student Ministries, Jeff Moore, will preach and his sermon title is: TRANSFORMED: Emotional Health. Scripture for Sunday is: Psalm 27 & Colossians 3:12-17.

We have two Sunday morning worship services at Helena UMC:  a 9:00 a.m. Traditional service in the Sanctuary and an 11:00 a.m. Contemporary service called The Well in the Fellowship Hall.

GROUP LIFE 

Wednesday classes are going on now at Helena UMC! We've added an awesome new class: 
Guys' Bible Study Wednesdays at 6:30.
A Bible study just for guys! Join Brandon Baker & Brian Henley in room 121.


Wednesday Fellowship Dinners are held every week, with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Call the church office by Monday at 4:00 p.m. for reservations.
Winter classes include: TED Talks: Led by Rev. Norman Patty & Stan Brown  (Drop-in class); Uninvited: Led by Michelle Hall & Heather Simmons; Present Over Perfect: Led by Dr. Mary Henley; and College-age Bible Study: Led by Andy Bauer.

Mondays at 6:30 p.m. Yoga … All Levels Welcome: Led by Erin Roberson. Cost: $5.00 per class. Arrive early!
Helena UMC Runners and Freezer Meals will also start back up in January.

ALL 6th-8th GRADERS!

Get away with us for a few days as we learn what it really means to be designed and created by God. We’ll worship, play, fellowship, eat, study, and much more at this peaceful lakeside retreat. This is also our kickoff for confirmation so if you’re in 6th or 7th grade, be there.
