Helena United Methodist Church is a place for people who are looking to be a part of something bigger than themselves. It is a home base for connecting with Jesus and with others in worship, education, service and fellowship. Our church mission is to make every day about Christ, through loving, teaching & serving.

With two distinctive worship services, small groups for all ages and loads of opportunities for reaching out to others, Helena United Methodist offers a safe place for you to find your unique place in God's world.

We have two Sunday morning worship services at Helena UMC: a 9 a.m. Traditional service and an 11 a.m. Contemporary service (The Well). This Sunday we'll continue our ONE LIFE sermon series and our senior pastor, Dr. Mary Henley, will preach with the sermon title: "ONE LIFE: Are You Strong Enough?" and scripture: 1 Peter 4:9-10 & Romans 12:1-8. Also, our Adult Handbells will play at the 9 a.m. service. We hope you'll join us this Sunday!

Fall classes and Wednesday Dinners are going on now! Details on all the great classes that are offered this Fall are on the Groups/Class Schedule page and in Sunday's bulletin! Ongoing current
drop-in activities include: TED Talks, Guys' Bible Study & Holy Listening on Wednesdays, Yoga on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. and on Thursdays - Women's Bible Study & Prayer Group, both at 10 a.m. and KnitWitnesses at 2:30 p.m.

THE THANKFUL TREE: November 2018
Throughout the month of November at Helena UMC, you will see the Thankful Tree on a table in the T-Cafe. Each week, we will ask everyone to participate in filling up this tree. We'll add more leaves each week of the month to demonstrate our thankfulness to God for our many blessings!

#HelenaUMC LivingThankful
Here’s another way to show how blessed you are! During November, take photos of people or things you are thankful for and post the pictures on social media as: #HelenaUMCLiving Thankful.

**These two projects are offered to us by our Vision 2020 Prayer & Spiritual Growth Team.
